Our Story
Our Founder and CEO, Shana, was inspired to create Chaotic by her son, who is autistic. After facing many of the challenges that our community knows all too well, she was determined to make a difference. This personal connection fuels our unwavering commitment to supporting the SEN community and drives everything we do.
Our Mission
At Chaotic, we are deeply committed to making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and their families. Our mission is to create an inclusive, supportive environment where SEN communities can thrive through our own initiatives and the support we provide to others.
What truly sets us apart is our dedication to reinvesting a generous portion of our profits from our competitions branch, Chaotic Competitions, directly into SEN-related causes. This commitment goes above and beyond industry standards and serves as a core part of our ethos. We prioritise funding for SEN-related provisions and capital projects, ensuring that a significant portion of our earnings has a tangible, lasting impact on the lives of those who need it most.
Through meaningful partnerships with schools, organisations, and charities, we continue to support initiatives that drive real change. We are also proud to offer a free virtual 1:1 support service, providing personalised guidance for SEN families, including financial assistance for parents in need.
Our vibrant online community serves as a space for users to connect, share advice, and offer support, fostering an environment of empowerment, unity, and shared growth.
