SEN Support Service

Our SEN Support Service offers a free 45-minute personal consultation sessions with a dedicated family liaison officer. This service is designed to support families and individuals with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Tailored Support Customised for you: Each session is personalised to address the unique challenges you and your family face.

Emotional & Practical Guidance: We provide a blend of emotional support
and practical advice to help you navigate day-to-day challenges.

Confidential & Judgment-Free: Your experience will be respected in a safe,
understanding, and confidential space, where your concerns are heard without judgment.

Step by step booking process:

Step 1

Click the arrow to take you to the appointment calendar.

Step 2: Choose a Date & Time

Appointments are released exactly 2 weeks in advance at the same time of day. Example: 9am today unlocks 9am two weeks from now.

Step 3: Enter Your Details

After picking your slot, fill out the short form with your: Name and contact info, child’s details, brief summary of the issue etc.

Step 4: Provisional Booking

You'll receive a provisional confirmation email after booking.

Step 5: Confirm by Text

72 hours before your appointment, you’ll get a text. Reply Y to confirm. If we don’t hear from you at least 48 hours before, your slot will be cancelled and offered to another family.

Step 6: Attend Your Appointment

Click the link in your email at your scheduled time to join your session on teams, or get ready for your phone call.

We’re proud to offer appointments Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with additional twilight slots at 8:15pm on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please note, we do not operate during public holidays.

Meet the team

Polly

I am a qualified primary school teacher and have taught all ages – from leading in nursery baby rooms, through to training future teachers on foundation degree courses. In all of my roles, I have gravitated towards supporting individuals with SEN finally leading me to become a Family Liaison Officer for a primary school in Suffolk. Here, I supported families with a range of different needs, gaining my Counselling, Art Therapy and Speech and Language qualifications. I have also been a Safeguarding Lead for over 15 years, working closely with local authorities to support

Jasmine

I have worked with children and families for over 18 years. I hold a degree in Early Years and have experience across a range of settings, including Family Centres, Children’s Centres, Nurseries, and Schools. Throughout my career, I’ve supported many children with additional needs, helping them—and their families—find practical ways to navigate life that work for both the child and the wider family unit.
