Welcome to Chaotic Community, operated by Chaoss Entertainment Ltd. (referred to
as “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to
be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before
using our site or participating in any of our programmes.

Chaotic Community is the community support arm of Chaoss Entertainment Ltd.,
providing inclusive services to families and individuals with Special Educational
Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
2. Services We Offer
We provide a range of community support services and initiatives aimed at assisting
families and individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
These include, but are not limited to:
Access to physical resources, such as free Autism Lanyards
Financial support through grants and funding programmes
Our dedicated SEN Support Service
One-off giveaways and services
Partnerships with organisations, charities, schools, and community groups to
enhance SEND support
Availability and eligibility for these services may vary, and terms will be provided at
the point of access.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and honest information when registering or booking
Respect the guidelines or codes of conduct outlined for specific services or
events
Use our services in good faith and for their intended purpose
Note that some items, including Autism Lanyards, are limited to one or two
per person to ensure fair access.
Abuse of these limits, such as requesting multiple items beyond the
allowance, may result in suspension or permanent blacklisting from accessing
our services.
We reserve the right to suspend access or refuse service where terms are not
followed, or where misuse is suspected.
4. Pricing and Refunds
All Chaotic Community services and resources — including Autism Lanyards, 1:1
support, giveaways, and access to physical items — are provided free of charge.
As we do not charge for any items or services, refunds are not applicable.
If you believe you’ve received an item in error or there is an issue with a service,
please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it:

5. Delivery Information
Any physical items (e.g. lanyards) are usually dispatched within 5 working days of
approval. We aim to deliver items via Royal Mail to UK addresses only. If you haven’t
received your item within 21 days, please contact us.
6. Data Protection
We take data protection seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on
how we collect, store, and use your personal data.
7. Third Parties
We may work with trusted partners to deliver our services. We are not responsible
for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or organisations linked to
or used in connection with our programmes.
8. Liability
While we aim to provide accessible and safe services, Chaoss Entertainment Ltd. is
not liable for:
Personal property loss or damage during events
Service unavailability due to circumstances beyond our control
Misuse of services by individuals or unauthorised parties
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK law, including the
Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our liability to you for any goods or services supplied shall be subject to your
statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the
laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the English courts.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or
legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with an amended date.
11. Liability for Lanyard Usage
The autistic lanyards provided by Chaotic Community are designed to help
communicate specific needs in public and community settings. However, Chaoss
Entertainment Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for any consequences arising from
the use, misuse, or interpretation of the lanyard by third parties or users.
It is the responsibility of the user or their guardian to ensure the lanyard is used
appropriately and safely. We recommend supervising children when wearing the
lanyard and advising others involved (e.g., carers, teachers) about its purpose.
By using the lanyard, you acknowledge and accept that Chaoss Entertainment Ltd. is
not liable for any misunderstandings, incidents, or injuries that may occur in
connection with its use.
12. SEN Support Service Disclaimer
The 1-to-1 support service provided by our Family Liaison Officer is intended to offer
general guidance and assistance based on best practices and up-to-date
information. This service does not constitute legal, financial, or professional
advice, and any decisions made based on the guidance provided are at
the discretion of the individual receiving support.
We recommend that you seek independent advice from a qualified professional for
specific legal, medical, educational, or financial matters.
While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, we cannot guarantee
outcomes and accept no liability for any actions taken as a result of the advice
given during a session.
Safeguarding Disclaimer
Safeguarding the wellbeing of you and your family is our highest priority. If, in the
course of a support session, concerns arise about the safety or welfare of a child or
vulnerable adult, we may be required to share relevant information with the
appropriate safeguarding professionals.
We understand that this can feel daunting. Wherever possible, we will always:
Discuss our concerns with you first.
Explain why we believe further support is necessary.
Work collaboratively with you to ensure the safety and best interests of
everyone involved.
